Presenter: Sandra Healy
Sandra Healy is Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Dublin City University. Before moving to DCU, Sandra held a number of leadership positions spanning 20 years in the telecoms industry across both the UK and Ireland. She holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and First Class Masters in Organisational Psychology from DCU. Over the past eight years, Sandra continues to be an advocate for inclusion and gender equality in Ireland with core expertise in Diversity and Inclusion best practice. In 2012 Sandra provided critical diversity expertise and sectorial knowledge that ensured the EU Diversity Charter Ireland was established. She also contributes hugely to the work of IBEC’s Diversity Forum. In 2014 Sandra was the Irish Charter representative at the EU Commission High-Level Diversity Conference in Vienna, where she gave a very well-received and valuable technical input into a workshop on measuring diversity. In 2016, in collaboration with 30% Club Ireland, Sandra co-ordinated the first MARC – Men Advocating for Real Change, in Ireland, over 65 senior leaders across 25 companies attended.
